TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By staying at the Rim Country Inn, by stepping foot on the property, by paying for any services or using any services, all persons agree to the following terms and conditions and otherwise shall be classified as tresspassers.
Note: To offer the great value we seek to offer, we cannot be available 24/7. Please note that our office generally closes between 9 PM and 10 AM daily.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done 5 days prior to the reservation. Any cancellations done before 5 days prior are free of charge. The Cost of the first night will be charged if not cancelled prior to said policy.
Note: Any form of payment must be valid by check in time of 3 PM and CAN be charged, or the reservation may be lost. Any plans to change payment method on a reservation must be done 24 hours before check-in.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST AND CAN ONLY BE MADE THROUGH THE ORIGINAL BOOKING PLATFORM OR SOURCE. We do not accept cancellations by Email or Phone. Thank you for understanding.
By Booking you accept our Terms and Conditions and Terms of service below, which includes the right to use your Contact Information for Calling, Emailing and Texting important alerts and Room Access information.
1. At Check-In:
You must be 18 years old to check into a room.
Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the designated check-in time between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM and the check-out time of 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Two adults maximum for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King) and four people max for rooms with two beds. Additional persons may be accommodated for a fee. We love hosting families - bring the kids!
2. Operating Hours:
As a modestly scaled family-operated establishment, our capacity for accommodating late check-ins after 9:00 PM or calls before 10:00 AM may be limited. We encourage guests to arrange their arrival and departure times within these parameters and take advantage of the fantastic deal we offer for great rooms.
Self-check out is available 24/7 with our key return box outside of our office. Please open your window and drop the keys, as we do not do in-person check outs.
3. Room Damages:
Guests are responsible for the care and upkeep of their accommodations. Any damages to the room or its contents, whether accidental or otherwise, shall be subject to additional charges to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
A room hold of up to $100 may be placed at check-in, at manager’s discretion.
4. Disturbances and Refusal of Service:
In the interest of maintaining a peaceful and hospitable environment for all patrons, management reserves the unequivocal right to expel any guests who engage in disruptive behavior or violate established policies. Furthermore, management retains the discretion to refuse service to any individual or group whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the ethos of our establishment.
5. Cooking Restrictions:
For reasons of safety and preservation of our facilities, the use of hotplates, portable stoves, or any other external cooking apparatus within the confines of guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Guests are encouraged to utilize the dining facilities and amenities provided for their culinary needs.
6. Pets Policy:
We extend a welcome to guests traveling with small pets, subject to prior approval and the payment of specified pet fees. Pet Fee: One-time fee of 35 dollars.
7. Parking:
One free parking spot per room reserved in the self-serve parking lot on property.
If parking is not done in a courteous fashion, management reserves the right to request them to park differently. If ignored, management will issue fines if the result is another guest’s convenience.
8. Liability Disclaimer:
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, the management of Rim Country Inn disclaims any and all liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the course of a guest's stay. Guests are encouraged to exercise due diligence in safeguarding their personal effects and valuables.
9. Stairs Related Injury Specific Waiver:
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, the management of Rim Country Inn disclaims any and all liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the course of a guest's stay. Guests are encouraged to exercise due diligence in safeguarding their personal effects and valuables. Not disclaiming any other waivers, this waiver in particular waives any and all claims by any person, and any and all liability to any person or business, related to stairs, steps or falls on the Rim Country Inn property. If persons are not comfortable navigating the property, it is their duty to leave and find service elsewhere.
10. Smoking Restrictions
Guests may not smoke marijuana at any time on the premises - either in their room or on the property. The strong smell receives instant complaints. Any guests smoking marijuana will be immediately fined a non-refundable $250 fee and asked to leave the premises. If they fail to comply with either, the Payson PD will arrive to handle trespassing.
Please do not smoke cigarettes directly next to other guests' windows, as they may be disturbed by the smell through their windows and coming and going. Smoking cigarettes is not allowed in rooms. We do not have smoking rooms. Any smoking of cigarettes in the rooms will result in an immediate, non-refundable $250 fine and eviction from the premises.
